Why Communications in Business is Vital to Your Success. Whether you are a business professional or a company you need to be heard, understood, and respected. It is incontrovertible that well-spoken and well-written words favorably affect your identity (who you are is accurately conveyed), credibility (what you say is believable), and image (customers, peers, stakeholders want to engage you). The effectiveness of written and verbal communication is also affected by content—i.e. what you say. 


Who is Phil Fricke?  New York-born, I am a former Wall Street executive (Goldman Sachs VP), board member (Chair of Audit and Corporate Governance committees for international, publicly-listed corporations), and communications consultant to international corporations. I earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in corporate finance all from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, N.J. Relevant Experience. As a stock analyst, investment banker, board member and consultant I wrote corporate reports, prospectuses for investment banking deals, developed road show presentations, wrote conference call scripts and CEO letters to shareholders, presented at international business symposiums, and coached C-suite executives on communications. Business travel took me to England, Scotland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Japan as well as Canada and the USA. Written and verbal communications within international business settings was and is my specialty.


For Whom, What I Teach. I am teacher, mentor, and coach to C-suite executives, young “want-a-be” executive men and woman, and students. If you have a genuine need and desire to build your English communication skills I will customize a program unique to you that will build your confidence and skills in writing, speaking, and making presentations.


Following are specific areas of instruction and coaching: casual conversation; formal business meeting conversation; formal business writing; crafting written and verbal presentations. The instruction encompasses proper style and grammar issues. Furthermore, I will advise you on WHAT CONTENT needs to be included in any business communication. I will help you craft written and verbal presentations from scratch, guide you along the way, or simply proof-read. 


Flexibility. Flexibility is the keyword to my services. Teaching material is customized to each client. I work 7 days a week with hours geared to accommodate your needs. Instruction can be executed in-person or on-line. Fees begin at 150 PLN per 60 minute session but are set to the program developed for each client. The first consultation is free.
