Currently

I'm a student at Kozminsky University studying finance and accounting. Though I'm not teaching full time anymore, I do have some availability in the evening.

What I can do for you:

In addition to a wealth of classic learning materials in my library (both online and actual books in my library), I use many tools that enrich the learning process. The tools include but not limited to: Google Classroom, Quizlet, NPR, Business English Magazine, Kahoot, BBC Learning English, All Things Grammmar, Breaking News English, Robinson Crusoe in Levels, and many more.

Using Google Classroom in conjunction with Google Docs, we will keep track of materials used, questions asked, mistakes made and other tidbits that pop up during the lesson.

With every lesson, we will chit chat for a minimum of 15-30 (or the whole lesson if you prefer). I do like getting to know new people and I'm happy to learn about you.

About me

I moved to Poland about 11 years ago to pursue a dream of being a musician at night and teaching English in the day. For many years, I did exactly that (I'll be happy to share YouTube videos of my past gigs). In addition to music, I started running about 20 years ago and doing triathlons about 6 years ago. I'm proud to say that I've done 5 marathons, 3 half ironmans, and countless shorter races.

My family still lives in the USA and I visit them every year. My parents live in Austin Texas (where I'm from) and my sister and her family lives in Seattle though they lived in Alaska several years ago. I have also lived in San Francisco California and Brisbane Australia.
