I was born in the United States and lived most of my life in California. I began teaching in Spain in 2001 and continued in Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico and since 2006, Poland. I hold a BA in English Philology from UMCS, a TEFL Diploma from NKJO Sandomierz. For absolute beginners and lower intermediate students, I use a direct teaching method for accuracy, pronunciation, grammar and preventing typical problems for speakers of Polish. For more advanced English learners I provide conversation lessons with an emphasis on improving pronunciation, gaining new vocabulary and improving/developing advanced grammar skills.
