Hi! I’m TR, originally from sunny Clearwater Beach, Florida with experience working in finance in New York. I’ve also been a CELTA qualified teacher for over 8 years. I gained my CELTA here in Warsaw, Poland and hold a Bachelor's degree in business management. I speak English (with a clear American accent), fluent Polish, a bit of Spanish, and I am currently learning Russian and German.

I offer online lessons to students of all levels. I work best with adults as well as teens 13 and older. I offer lessons on both Zoom and Skype – the choice is up to the student and their personal preference.

1) Writing skills
2) Business English – I have over 5 years of experience teaching and working for various international companies, mostly in the finance sector.
3) Proofreading and translation. I speak fluent Polish (but I do not believe in communicating with students in their native language as this hampers the learning process, so this is only used when explaining difficult grammar or helping with translations)
4) General English – grammar.
5) Tests/exams.

How my lessons work:
* We arrange a time and date.
* I send you a link to join the meeting (Zoom or Skype) the night before our first lesson.
* The first lesson will be an introduction/get to know you lesson where I assess your needs, take down any requests.
* Further lessons will always be about a new topic, either chosen by me or based on student requests.
* During the lesson I will takes notes of any mistakes (I prefer not to interrupt students as they are speaking). Then, at the middle and end of the lesson I will go through the mistakes and help with any corrections.
* Lessons are 60 minutes long.
